Button~Adopted

Button is a cute young medium sized male Labrador Retriever Beagle mix, who was picked up as a stray and taken to a rural animal shelter. Rural animal shelters have few resources to keep strays for very long, and more often than not canine companions like Button would have put to sleep to make room for more strays after only a short time in the shelter. Fortunately, a local couple known to rescue animals in need of help, heard of his plight and took him to their foster home. Button looks for attention, and he is very smart and loving. He would probably do well in a home with children. Being so outgoing and gregarious, Button often drawn attention to himself from the other dogs in his foster home who sometimes get jealous and pick on him. He likes to play, give kisses and being petted.
