Miss Buttercup is a special girl, looking for a quiet, adult only home. She came from a home with an abundance of dogs and has not socialized with many humans. She can be picked up, but is very cautious of her handler's every move. We can tell she wants to be loved and enjoys gentle pets, but she needs a family willing to be patient with her so she can learn to trust and be a part of the family on her own terms. She does fine with other dogs her size and enjoys walks. We know with time, she will blossom into the colorful young buttercup she was meant to be and be able to enjoy life without fear.
