Butkus has found his forever home with Kathy G. and Paul B. of North Andover, MA
This big bundle of love is Butkus. He is a lovable lab mix weighing 90-100 lbs at 1 1/2 yrs of age. He was surrendered by his owner along with his brother Bear ( also posted on our site ) because they got to big for the household that had a 5 yr old child. Butkus is described by his foster mom as a "friendly & loving boy who loves being with people of all ages and is very fond of children. He is the type of dog that will love anyone that will give him TLC". Butkus loves to be petted & explore the back yard and being with his brother "Bear". He gets along with most dogs, has not been tested with cats & is crate trained. If you have the Love, time & exercise to give this big love please apply for him today. His adoption fee is $375.
Please complete an
online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit by clicking on the Paypal button below. STOP! If you have not been notified of your approval status do not make a deposit.
