My Story

My name is Butch and I was born around March 15, 2009. My mother was a Standard Dauchound Mix and my Daddy was a Corgi Mix--They were between 22 and 23 lbs, so I should stay that small too.

I look more like our daddy--where my brother (Sundance) looks more like our mother.

We were born in Red Lake MN. But our parents were rescued and taken to a shelter when we were only 4 weeks old. So we had a very good start to our lives.

I am more independent than my brother. I am the first to explore the world around me and I am not afraid to check out new things. I also know what I want and I am very polite about asking for it.

I am just starting to be crate trained, and my foster family has been working on house training with me.

I am really good with kids--just keep in mind that I still have my baby teeth, and I will need some correction for the next few months on using your hand as a chew toy. I like other dogs and enjoy playing--I think I am way bigger than I acutally am, and I might try and boss a bigger puppy around--but I always listen to adult dogs when they tell me no. And I like cats--and they seem to like me?

If you think you have a good home for a good puppy like me, fill out the application using the link below!

Butch will be neutered and available for adoption very soon.
