Buster was miserable in his concrete pen. He has too much energy to stay in a pen and he keeps his feet sore from all that pacing and jumping on the pen fence.
He is not very big and he needs a home ASAP!!!
Currently in a foster home with grassy pen to get him off the concrete. This has really helped cheer him up and calm him down.
