My Story

Buster is a 4 year old, 55 lb., tri-colored, male basset found as a stray in north Cherokee County. After being picked him up from the side of the road, he traveled the 45 minutes to his foster home with his chin resting on his rescuer's shoulder, obviously just wanting to be loved. He is very easy-going, loving, and playful. He is a perfect gentleman and gets along great with the two female bassets in his foster home. Buster is crate-trained and housetrained. He prefers curling up on a pillow on the floor and shows no interest in climbing on the furniture. Buster will be neutered soon and then will begin treatment for heartworms. He has stolen the hearts of everyone who has spent time with him, and he'll be ready for a forver home in late December.
