Meet BULLWINKLE, a 3 year old male Plot Hound mix that was surrendered to HOPE so he could find a forever home. BULLWINKLE is a friendly guy who spent most of his time as an outdoor dog so he has been known to dig and bark, mostly out of boredom or wanting of attention, if he is left outside alone. This sweet guy did live with children but would be best with older kids (over 10) as he can get a little anxious with young children.
