Buddy has been an easy dog to foster. He fits in well with the other dogs in home, loves to hang out with the people and play with the younger dogs. He goes into a crate on command, knows "sit" to put on a leash to go out and also knows "sit" and "stay" to put his food down, then "OK" so he can eat. Buddy loves everyone big or small dogs and children or adults equally. He absolutely loves attention, belly rubs and cuddles. Buddy really love kids!
Buddy is easy going and fun to have around. He enjoys off leash time amonst the pack and has a reasonable recall. He is one of those dogs that matches your activity level. So if you are up for a jog then Buddy would happy to come along. If you want to relax and just hang out, Buddy can do that to. Buddy is on the large side of medium or the small side of large, which ever you prefer (about 65lbs). He would make a great addition to any family and is waiting to hear from you!

Definitions:
Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)
On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).
Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
