Buddy is a sweet little Beagle companion. He was found tied to a stop sign in rural Arkansas, with no houses nearby. He licked his rescuers hand and allowed his rescuer to free him from the rope that was tightly knotted around his neck. Buddy looks to be under two years old, weighs 25 pounds, and has been neutered and vaccinated. Buddy is well behaved and sleeps through the night in his crate without a peep. Buddy loves to ride in the car, play with other dogs, and have his belly scratched. He has the CUTEST freckles on his legs and tummy, and a very sweet and loving personality.
