Buddy is such a sweetheart and obviously has had a very rough life. He has marks on his face where we think he had some sort of muzzle on him for a long time. Buddy is living in a volunteer foster home. He is doing well with other dogs and cats in the home and is housebroken. This boy really deserves a lot of love in his life now.
