Hi, Everybody! Wow, am I happy to see myself here on Petfinder, and in the care of a loving rescue group. I was recently saved from being put to sleep at an out-of-state shelter because they were running out of room. Whew! Some day I'm going to write a book about my life, sort of a rags to riches story. But first I need to find a loving home. (That will be the "riches" part of the story.) I am about a year old and I weigh 25 lbs.. Just the perfect size, don't you think? I love everybody--people, dogs, cats. I am very cuddly and well behaved, but I also like to play! I am all set to go--immunized, wormed, microchipped, heartworm checked, and--of course--neutered. (Doin' my part to reduce the pet overpopulation problem, ya know.) My foster "mom" would like to find a home for me with a fenced yard (how cool is THAT?) and she doesn't want me to have to be a latch key dog. (I think that means that she doesn't want me to be left home alone all day long, and I gotta agree that would be my preference too. I love to spend lots of time with my family, and if they are gone for long hours every day, I'd just be going to waste, don't you agree?)
