Buddy

Hi my name is Buddy!! I am the sweetest westie that you will ever meet. I LOVE people! And instead of wagging my tail, I wag my whole body when I find a nice person. I am always happy and my body is always wagging. You see I was in a bad place and then I went to something called an auction, I was really scared. Then this man bought me, and Georgie Boy, and Adam. We went to this place where there were lots of other animals, someone said it was a vet clinic. Well, I don’t know what those are but it wasn’t too bad and they gave us good food and water. We were there a while and then we went for a long car ride. We ended up in a group called Oklahoma Westie Rescue. Well, let me tell you, they have lots of nice people and we got nice new collars, lots of petting, a pretty haircut and that is when my body started wagging. So far it hasn’t quit either because I have landed in heaven! People can be so nice! I am now looking for my own set of people. I didn’t even know that was possible! I am so excited! I want people that will play with me, hug me, let me sleep with them, and give me more hugs. Are you those people? I am somewhere between the age of 2 to 6 years. I know that is a large spread, three of us came in together and one of us was 2, one was 4 and the other one was 6. However we weren’t marked or labeled so OWR doesn’t know who is what age. Anyway, it doesn’t matter because I am happy and healthy, what else do you need?!!!

I am working on my potty training, didn’t know you were supposed to go OUTSIDE. It makes my foster mom happy when I do it so I am working hard on doing it right. The rest of the time I just wag my body and smile, everyone says I am so SWEET! So please come and be my people, I would be so excited. Buddy is fostered in the OKC area.

Oklahoma Westie Rescue will only adopt to applicants who reside within the following states: OK, AR, MO, KS and TX. If you live outside these areas OR if you have children under the age of 10, please do not apply for this dog.

We do not ship our pets. If you are interested in this dog please click here for our adoption application. Be prepared to travel to Tulsa, OK, or Oklahoma City, OK, to pick up this dog in person if your application is approved.
