Buddy is an 18 month old purebred Golden Retrieve, AKC registrable. He is quite lively and energetic, just full of the joy of life. Sweet and affectionate, Buddy loves attention. He is housebroken, comes when called even off leash, will sit and down on cue. Loves playing fetch and loves going for long walks, especially if he gets to "walk himself" and carry his leash in his mouth. He can sometimes be a little bit pushy to try to get his way, so would do best with an experienced owner who won't let him become a spoiled brat. :-) Because of his high energy level and enthusiasm, we do not recommend he be adopted into a home w/ small children, nor with cats. ** As w/ all our dogs, we require a fenced yard for his safety. **
