Buddy was returned due to no fault of his own. Despite puppies usually being very successful in homes with children, the children in this particular home were not doing well with Buddy. The family ultimately decided it was best to return him. Buddy is about 6 months old now. He’s currently about 25-30 pounds and probably won’t get bigger than around 45-50. He did have a DNA test done that revealed he is mostly cattle dog mixed with Mountain Cur and Rat Terrier. He has a moderate to high energy level and would thrive with an active home. He loves other dogs and is very smart. He’s crate, potty, and leash trained. He loves snuggles with his fur siblings and foster fam. He did come back to us a little a little shy, probably due to confusion, so he may need some confidence building in public settings, but overall does pretty well.
Buddy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and prevention, and microchipped. We’re going to make sure this next home is his forever one! If interested in adopting Buddy, please apply on our website:
