Little Buddha had a tuff start of his life: He was chained on 2 ft. metal leash to his dog house, without any food or water present. Fortunately, Buddha's owners were more than happy to give him to his rescuer. The pictures that you see in this posting, were taken immediately after his rescue, on his way to the vet and at the vet. Buddha has an eye condition, called "Cherry Eye" in both eyes. Because it was being left untreated for so long, Buddha will need surgery (his rescue will pay for this).
Buddha doesn't seem to be bothered by it all, he is the most mellow and sweet little fellow, you can imagine.
Buddha urgently needs a Foster/Permanent Home as he is currently in boarding. A puppy his age, needs the loving environment of a family.
