BUCKLEY IS NOT AT THE LAWRENCE COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY SHELTER. THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING FOR A FELLOW RESCUER AND HUMANE SOCIETY MEMBER. Buckley is an adorable male Sheltie mix, possibly with Golden Retriever, who is estimated at 2-3 years of age. Buckley was rescued from a West Virginia shelter about 5 days past his mandated holding period. Buckley is very well-mannered and seems to have been trained well. He is great on a leash, is a wonderful car-rider (rides in the seat like a human and only ventures away to give his humans lots of doggie kisses!!) and appears to be housetrained. He has the beautiful pale Golden coat of a Retriever but is the size of a Sheltie, weighing around 25 lbs. He is docile with humans of every size and does great around other dogs.
