Win Dixie was lucky enough as a pregnant single female to wander to a home who took her in. She was emaciated. The kind people vetted her, fed her and is now in the unfortunate situation of having to move. Win Dixie has had 8 puppies that will be available November 1. We believe her to be very young, under two years, and this could possibly be her first litter. Won't you foster her now and see if she is the dog for you? Please help us. In the last 5 years over 8500 dogs and cats have been destroyed at the Pine Bluff facility alone with just 900 adoptions.
