Bruce is one of 6 puppies that we rescued from New Orleans. Mom & pups were boarded up in a closet. Rescuers found them and rushed them all to the rescue shelter. Mom was in bad shape, so she was kept on IV, but puppies were healthy and already eating on their own, so they were brought into our rescue. All puppies are doing great and now they are ready for a new forever loving home
Bruce is very intelligent, quick to learn and is coming along very well with crate and potty training. He has only had a few accidents in the house, but he will take care of business quickly when taken outside. He is trained to poo on command. He plays well with other dogs, but he does have alpha personality. He is very frisky and definitely a man's man. He already has a mighty bark and will make a good watch dog. He does follow his foster mom around without a leash and stays very close. He is high spirited and can also navigate stairs with ease and agility. He's very cute, saucy and has loads of personality!
