Brownie is approximately 2 years old in these pictures taken March 1, 2008. She was brought in by a man who is working on big water treatment plant in the area. He and the other construction people at the site had been taking care of Brownie and lots of other dogs for almost 2 years by feeding them and such. Now they are leaving and wanted to make sure the dogs got a good home. They pitched in and paid for all of the animals to be altered and get their shots. All but Brownie found a home.
We have found Brownie to be smart, loving, playful, and just a joy to have at the shelter. She gets along will all of the dogs she has come in contact with. Does OK on the leash and does well in the car. Brownie can jump a regular chain link so will need a family with a 6 ft fence.
