Brody

My name's Brody, and I am a shy but extremely loving and gentle boy. I was underweight when I was rescued from the shelter on my last day, and frightened to death. I have gained about 3 lbs, but I have about another 5 to go. I should be about 40-45lbs at my optimal weight. I am slowly gaining confidence in my foster home, with the help of two other resident dogs, a yorkie and another dog my size. I get along great with both, as I can be very gentle, but I love to play tag and wrestling with my bigger foster sister. I like little kids, but when they get excited, I get very nervous. I may do better in a home with older children. I am just learning how to play with toys and chews. I know how to sit and am working on my other manners. I would love a home with a fenced yard and perhaps another dog to play with. I am so excited when I go on walks, but I am not trusted without a leash as I tend to get scared and run away from strangers.
