Brody has been in foster since October 2023. This is not because he has any issues. Since he has live here he has lived with six other foster dogs. He has learned a great deal about interacting with other dogs. He greats each with curiosity and acceptance and feel they are gone when they go. Brody is a dog that will return ten times more affection than you give him. Brody is an exceptional companion.. We see characteristics of Labrador Retriever and Chow Chow and only the best of these breeds. He weighs about 37 pounds, is healthy, active, and playful dog. He likes attention and will snuggle in for giving and getting love and attention. He is good with other dogs with proper introduction. He would not likely do well with cats. He has not been evaluated around children. It does seem as like he would do will with children that is respectful of dogs boundaries and adequate supervision from adults. Brody has only just arrived and we will observe and report more information as it develops. We only place dogs within a one hour drive from Rockville MD. When we have an approved application Brody will come for a home visit and meet and greet.
