Meet Boone Hello! My name is Boone, but you can call me Boonie. Bone with an extra “o” because I’m oh so big! I am a Great Dane as far as dog breeds go, but part cuddle bug too. I want nothing more than to snuggle with someone all day long. I’m a sensitive guy. I love playing with my babies (or toys as the humans call them) and carry them around throughout the day. I also enjoy going on walks. I am very good at playing with children. I am an excellent child pet! Children are my friends. Despite my size, I’m not a mighty lion, but more of a cowardly one. I am really scared of storms and want to be close when it thunders. We can hide under the table together! I would make a great pet to someone who is active and enjoys walks but also loves a couch potato at the same time. I can be both. My Foster Family is very smart at knowing how to take care of big dogs with separation anxiety. My new family would need to be good at that too. I’m not good around pipsqueaks..small animals at all, so if you have a Chihuahua or cat, I would not enjoy your house. If you’ve been looking for a best mate, please pick me!
