Bodi is a very very lucky young pup. He was dropped off at the shelter with a littermate in the parking lot. They were taken inside without realizing they were harboring Parvo. Within a day they both were sick with Parvo and were taken to the vet for treatment. Bodi survived but his littermate didn't. Bodi was very sick but when he could hardly move he would try to wag his tail. He got better but then relapsed. The vet suggested it might be best to put him to sleep because he probably wouldn't make it. Well, we couldn't do that when he was showing such a will to live and was trying so hard. We had him treated again and this time he made it through and with lots of tender loving care he is now well and growing strong and none the worse for the wear! He is a wonderful yellow lab pup but might have some Shepherd in him and he will probably be a larger dog. He is so sweet and wants to be loved and cared for - he's really a lucky boy that needs a lucky home. Contact Kathy at 307-850-8847.
