Bluey - Medical Foster or Adopt

Playing Again Sam's is assisting Blue's family with his special situation. Meet Blue: Your New Best Friend! Bluey is a sweet, loving 6-month-old puppy who was found as a stray in South Carolina (age 3-4mos) and rescued by a family member. When they could no longer care for him, we welcomed him into our home. Blue is a bundle of joy who loves playing with his toys, going for walks, and his absolute favorite activity—car rides! He is a true Velcro puppy, always wanting to be by your side. Blue enjoys playing with cats, dogs, and little kids, making him a perfect companion for families. He is crate trained and bell trained to go potty outside. While Blue loves being outside as much as possible, he currently needs patella surgery which limits his ability to run and play as much as he wants. Despite this, he remains a happy and affectionate pup who loves belly rubs and cuddles. Blue is up-to-date on his shots, heartworm, flea, and tick treatments. If you're looking for a loyal and playful companion, Blue is ready to fill your home with love and joy! Playing Again Sams is looking for a long-term medical foster to care for Bluey through surgery until adoption OR we are looking for an adoptive home that can manage his post-surgery care and long-term needs. Playing Again Sams will be assisting in the surgery expenses. Recovery from surgery is roughly a 10wk commitment. Bluey has received one estimate for his luxating patella surgery with his current owners. Playing Again Sams works with the Madison Veterinary School and BluePearl for surgery options and will get a second opinion for surgery. Documentation can be shared with his new family as well. Bluey sounds like the perfect package and he deserves best future any pup could ask for, please help us give him that!
