Blue is a wonderful boy with a sweet and gentle nature. Though he is a little shy around new people, he warms up quickly when shown some love and patience. Blue is special needs due to a benign heart murmur, but he doesnt let that slow him down. He is eager to find his forever family who will cherish him and give him the affection he deserves.
