My name is Blitz. They named me that because I came to Oklahoma Westie Rescue on Super Bowl Sunday AND they say I'm built like a linebacker. However, I think I have a rather delicate bone structure. Anyway, I was wandering down the streets of a small Oklahoma town with my best friend Bethany when we encountered a small black and white cat with a fluffy tail and a white stripe down his back. Since we both like cats, we decided to investigate this little devil and lo and behold, he sprayed the NASTIEST stuff on us! Needless to say, we were rolling on the ground trying to rub the smell off when some nice person picked us up and took us to a rescue group. Two baths later, we both STILL smelled skunky! Anyway, they transferred us to Oklahoma Westie Rescue and we got haircuts and went to the vet and the rest is history.
Well, enough about my story, here are some facts about me. First, I am VERY handsome. My black coat is ever so shiny and I smile a LOT! Secondly, I walk on a leash and third, I am really working hard on my potty training. I love my humans and get along with other dogs. I don't chase a ball, but like to chase other dogs who are chasing balls. I am one sweet guy! I would really love to be adopted with my best friend, Bethany. Would you consider adopting us both?
