What a story I have to tell! In December, I was scooped up alongside a very busy freeway by a kind man who took the time (and chance) to brave the traffic and rescue me. My coat was matted, my ear was bleeding, and my toenails were so long I could barely walk. I was brought to TALGV and given all sorts of beauty treatments, shots, and “debugging,” but then it was discovered that I had Valley Fever. So…I am being treated for that and am practically recovered, but I am going to need to continue my medicine for a just a little while longer. I am a spayed, 2-year-old, Spitz/American Eskimo mix girl, who has been living in foster care (with my puppy friend, Diamond) for several months. I have gained a bit of extra weight lately, so I would love to have a family that will be sure that I get all the exercise I need (and maybe a bit less food!). With some TLC, I just know that I am going to make some lucky family a wonderful, loving, loyal (and really grateful!) companion. January 15, 2007 Revised Thursday, June 14, 2007
