Blackie has headed to live with a wonderful family and another dog. Thank-you to Trenant Park Pet Clinic for caring for him all this time.
Aug. 1st- The vet clinic that has been treating Blackie for her heartworm is currently caring for her full-time while she waits for her home. She has also proven herself to be house-trained, god with the resident male dog, and the cat!
Blackie is a low-key gal who lovingly likes to follow you around like your little shadow. Add that to the kisses she readily doles out, and she is your best-friend in the making!
Blackie is a Katrina survivor looking for a new family. This pit x lab is very loving and sweet and enjoys the company of people. Blackie is quiet laid-back , and just wants to be someone's buddy. She looks to be approximately 6 years old, but has had a rough life so her body shows older. She is best suited to a home without any other animals. However she may do ok with a laid-back male, as she gets along fine with her two hurricane buddies Peanut and Tanner.
