Meet Blackie! Blackie came to CCHS from a local farm. Blackie is a 2 year old Heeler mix. She is a pretty girl with a short-haired coat that is black with white, tan and speckles! Blackie weighs 43.7#. Blackie was quite shy when she came to CCHS. With a little time, she has come to realize that she can trust us and that we are her friends. She's a quiet and gentle girl, and will do best in a calm home, as lots of excitement could just be overwhelming for her. Apply for Blackie today! Approved applicants will be notified via email. Please check junk/spam folders for a response. The adoption fee is $100. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
