A BIT ABOUT BJ (AKA Batboy): We say he's 2 years old and gave him the birthday of August 13th, 2005. We think he's a Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog cross. BJ is a timid, a great athlete but prefers above all else to cuddle with his humans. He spends short periods in the house but is NOT house-trained, though I think the life of a house dog would be perfect for him. He'll chase small animals (cats, chickens, ducks...) but doesn't do them harm and will stop when told. Sadly, he is not interested in toys or playing fetch. We've taught him few commands but he's smart enough to learn. He's a bit of a dainty dog but does like to romp around on occasion. We take him on daily walks, which he seems to enjoy. He doesn't do well with male dogs (especially dominate ones) but does fine with our non-dominate female.
