"Bitsy" is a little Chihuahua mix that is pretty nervous at the pound. The barking from the other dogs frightens her. She is nervous with someone new but then warms up to them. I would suggest she not be around small children. She was found out in the streets and very cold. I think once she gets into a home she will settle right down.
