Hi there! I'm Biscuit. I was originally rescued from a hoarding situation in Louisiana and grew very close to my savior. Unfortunately, my owner passed away and I have found myself seeking a new family to enjoy my senior years with. I am a little shy at first but my foster mom says I ask for affection in the cutest ways- leaning on her legs, burrowing under her when she is squatting, or pushing my snout under her hand. I am quiet, easy-going, nondestructive, and low energy. I enjoy short walks and remain calm when passing other people or pups. I might whimper for a couple of minutes but don't mind my crate much when my fosters are at work. I am house-trained, too! When I approach the back door, my foster mom takes me outside where I enjoy sniffing the yard. I have been in foster care with bigger dogs and with grumpier little dogs and do just fine respecting their boundaries. I'm even gentle with young children who love to hug me!
