Poor Billy was rescued from the NYC animal shelter about 7 or 8 years ago and last weekend his mommie passed away. He has a temporary foster home, but he needs a permanent home as soon as possible.
He's a happy, sweet, loving dog who gets along with other dogs, cats and loves affection. Billy's tail is always wagging. He looks like a german shepherd & corgy mix possibly. He's somewhat overweight, but otherwise healthy, neutered and with all his vaccinations. He was well taken care of. He's about 10 years old now, and has a lot of good years ahead of him.
