This is Bill! He is a darling little guy who is 18 months old and his owner recently died and left him with a very elderly woman who cannot care for him. He is a Cair terrier mix and he is a pistol. he loves to sit in your lap. Run and fetch the ball. He is happy...he is healthy and he is desperately seeking an active family to allow him to be part of their life.
He weighs under 20 lbs. and is a great little guy!
