**9/12/09 - Adoption Pending**
Red is a legend at the shelter. He has quietly lead his life as the quiet leader....teaching the new dogs the ropes, making the shy dog feel comfortable and alerting the staff to suspicious activity. He is just an all around good guy that has earned his right to a comfortable retirement home. There is no reason this big guy has been overlooked, except for the fact that folks are looking for smaller and younger dogs...he's always been overlooked because he has never demanded the attention, instead he relishes any he gets.
Consider this stately gentlemen...let him have the dignity of home....let him know he's finally appreciated!
