This adorable guy is Big Charlie. (DOB ~ 2011). He was surrendered to us because his owner could no longer take care of him. He is a friendly boy who is good with other dogs. Big Charlie has chronic dry eyes, so he will need an owner who can give him two quick prescription eye drops a day.
