This is a private adoption that SOS posts as a courtesy. All follow ups need to be directed to the indicated party listed below description. Bentley: "Ben" is a 9 month old German Shepherd Dog. He is microchipped, housebroken, non-destructive, and vetted (awaiting neutering). Ben is a confident, athletic, fun-loving working dog. He is amazingly intelligent- in a matter of days, his foster mom has taught him basic manners and several commands. He will continue with training while in foster care. Ben will only be placed with an adopter experienced in the working breeds, who is willing to continue positive-method training and provide Ben with all the exercise and mental stimulation that a young German Shepherd Dog needs. He is a fantastic competitive obedience or tracking prospect. Ben needs to be an only dog, or live with a smaller, submissive female that doesn't mind his rough play.
