This is Benny.
Benny is a 7 month old hound mix that at his young age, has gotten himself into a little bit of trouble. Benny was adopted from a southern rescue group and unfortunately, his family was not prepared for the needs of a hound puppy while having a small child, so he has found himself here, looking for a new home.
Benny is a busy boy, who definitely uses his nose and his voice (no apartments please). He LOVES food, and does not want to share it. Can you blame him though?
Benny is looking for an adult home, that can work on his manners and that "sharing is caring." Benny likes other dogs and could potentially live with another one if it was a good match. Benny has done well with cats in the past as long as the cats are comfortable with dogs and that they have a safe place to eat without Benny's very long nose.
