Benji

Benji is a one year old Silkie who was found as a stray. His coat was matted but he has been all vetted and groomed now so he is ready for a forever home with a family who will love and care for him the way he deserves. He is 13.5 pounds and very friendly and loving. He gets along very well with the other dogs, kids and cats at his foster home. Benji has been neutered, tested for heartworm and lymes disease and is on preventive for both. He is vaccinated and just waiting for a family to invite him to join them. He is crate trained and is working on house breaking. He has only had once accident in the foster home in the week he has been there but will need support in that area until he is fully house broken. He is playful and happy but not hyper and loves attention. He walks well on a leash and when his coat grows back he will be one handsome boy. For now he'll need a sweater or jacket on those cold days while waiting for his coat to fully come back in.
