Hi my name is Ben, I am a two year old happy, happy boy. Before I came to the shelter I had been living outside tied up for a bit, my owner wasn't very responsible. I am an active little man that loves to be with people, my foster mom says I am wonderful and I do really well with the 9 yr old kid in the house. When I first went to my foster house I didn't even know how to play with toys now I throw them in the air and chase them in the yard. I am crate trained and housebroken and I seem to do well with other dogs who are dog friendly but I have never been around cats so it's better if I am not placed with them. I am on the smaller side at about 40 lbs. I am active so whoever adopts me will need to exercise me a bit and I would do well with any kind of obedience training too as I am eager to please.
