Ben is a puppy IG that was turned over to us from a shelter. He had been adopted but the family decided that they were unable to keep him and didn't realize how much work puppies can be so they returned him to us to find a more suitable home.
Ben is an easy keeper. He loves attention and to be cuddled. He gets along well with everyone but if you have other pets in the home, it will be required that all the other dogs meet so that we know there are no issues - this is standard procedure for all adoptions.
Ben is fantastic with people and really is a great puppy. He will need housetraining because he is not potty trained and it could be several months before he is successfully housebroken - as with any IG. He loves to play and will be a mischievious puppy for a long time, and before considering adopting an IG puppy, ensure that you are fully aware of all the nuances of this breed by researching them at www.italiangreyhound.org.
