The volunteers at Houlagans' are working hard with me and I am so grateful. I have spent the past summer learning to trust people while walking on the leash. Trust is my weak point. My home needs to be really special: it will have to be extraordinarily kind, gentle, and patient, but also firm and consistent with my care. In fact, we may need to work together with a trainer to help me completely reconnect with the ancient bond between humans and canines. Things I love to do: I love to sit in and splash around my swimming pool in the summer. I love treats and will take them gently from your hand and I can even eat from a spoon. And if I really trust you a lot, I love a back scratch. I know a home is out there that will "get" me - if it might be you, please take the steps to meet me!
