Belle

Hi, my name is Belle and I was left to wander in a neighborhood until some Good Samaritan picked me up. She drove all around trying to find my family but there was no family around for me. I was dirty and matted. I went to what was called a foster home. From there I went to the Vet and had some ouchy shots and found out I tested negative for heartworms, which I was told was a good thing. The Vet thinks I am between 3-4 years old. My foster mom said I could have a spa day the next day so I went to this place called a groomer and had a pampered day. Now I am clean and have no mats - they say I'm beautiful! I went to an assisted living today and met some folks that live there. Everyone said I was sweet and gentle. I do get a bit excited and like to romp at times. I do not really care about playing with the other dogs but I don't really bother with them either. I am a people dog and want to be with them. I WILL NOT LIVE OUTSIDE because the people do not live outside. I weigh approximately 103 pounds. I am housebroken and good on a leash. I love to ride in the car as well! WE FINALIZE EVERY ADOPTION WITH A HOME VISIT THEREFORE POTENTIAL HOMES MUST BE WITHIN A HOURS DRIVE TIME OF CHARLOTTE NC. A FOSTER PET WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO SOMEONE LIVING OUTSIDE THE ADOPTION AREA NOR WILL ANYONE BE ALLOWED TO COME PICK A PET UP FROM US. YOU MUST BE 21 TO ADOPT FROM OUR GROUP.
