Bella:Adoption Pen

From her Foster Family: "Bella is an amazing dog, she is so obedient and housebroken! We have already started work on off leash training and she is doing very well. She has learned "sit" and "come" all in one week. She loves to be with you and will make an excellent family pet . . .a dog this good won't last very long". 9/8/08: Bella is currently in a foster home where she is being housetrained. She gets along very well with the other dogs and cats in the foster home. This beautiful girl is sad because her owner has cancer and had to move to assisted living - but not before he found a safe place for her! She is a BIG dog, about 90 lbs and we think she'd make an excellent addition to any family. She may be 7 years old but she acts like 1/2 that age. She has the classic German Shepherd body and stance, with Lab coloring. Such a gentle and good-tempered dog that will adapt well to a new home. Though she adores kids and will lavish them with kisses, due to her size and age we don't recommend a home with really young children. Could she be just what you're looking for?
