Bella

hi Bella! This stunner is a 4 year old Terrier mix. She came to us from the local animal control shelter where she was brought in by a good Samaritan who found her walking down the street and abandoned. She is approx.. 60 lbs. Bella has been in foster care since arriving at our rescue and has been loving the indoor, spoiled living. When she originally came to us, she was incredibly emaciated (last picture in the slides) and had many bruises and gashes. Thanks to her loving foster, that life is now behind her and she is feeling like a million bucks. Bella is the sweetest and easiest foster her foster mama had so far. While she was understandably at first reactive to dogs, she has been working hard at that and is improving with each weekly session. She does well in a crate but she really LOVES to stretch out on and roll around in the grass. She is SUPER affectionate with people and gives tons of kisses. Now that she is back at ideal weight, she can be strong on a leash and is very interested in the outside. She has been in foster for almost 3 months and aside from an initial accident, she has been housetrained and very well mannered. Bella has been spayed, is vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and 4dx tested. She has also been fitted for a custom pet brace to help with her ACL in hopes of avoiding a surgery (but should she need it in the future, it will remain the responsibility of the rescue).
