Bella has found her forever home with Meg Howe of Palmdale, CA!

Bella is a gorgeous purebred 5 year old 100lb (currently) Neo Mastiff who was rescued from a high kill shelter in Kern County. She still needs to gain about 20-25lbs before she is at a good weight, but she is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. She is super mellow, adores children of all ages and she's completely find with cats and dogs of all sizes. Her only downfall is that she has severe separation anxiety. She wants to be with people at all times. If she is not, she needs to be secured in a steel barred kennel to keep her safe. Left unattended she will chew through anything and find any means of escape to be with her people. We have found that by simply kenneling her (in a steel kennel vs a wire one) when she is left home, she is fine. Bella is currently in foster care working with her separation issues and until a forever home is found that is willing to work with these issues, she will be kept there and worked with and further updates will be posted. Bella is up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped, and comes with a free month of pet insurance. Adoption fee $325.

Please fill out an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. The rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.
