Beethoven has found his forever home with Andrea and Chris T. in Centerville, PA
UPDATE 7/23: Beethoven will be heading north next week so please apply for him now! We are thankfully getting him out of that Tennessee heat and up here where the weather is kinder to a boy with all that hair!
This silly goose of a pup was rescued from a shelter in the south. At 12 weeks, he was already 37 pounds: he is now 15 weeks so we need to get an updated weight. What a lovie he is! He is just the coolest dog. While the other puppies playfully nip at my ankles and feet, Gus nips at my knees. He plays so gently with the little puppies but can run with the big dogs as well. He does well with children, is crate trained and is doing well with his housebreaking! He is the most well mannered puppy, quiet, unassuming, gentle, and just a cool dog. He was rescued with several small puppies, and he is great with them except where food is concerned. He is so funny to watch run because of his lumbering gait. He is good with kids and any and all adults. He is a super fella and deserves a super home! Adoption fee: $450
Please complete an
online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
