Hurry - my new family is coming FAST, I know it!! I am waaaaaaaaay too cute to be passed by. I'm a little smaller than a lot of beagles, and I am so very sweet! I'll be very nice to other dogs, and cats are okay with me! I'm that sought-after beagle red/bronze color, and I love to play. I'm polite and lovable, so come on, what are you waiting for???????????????

Hello--

My name is Bugle. Funny name huh? My original owners used a bit creative license by contracting Beautiful and Beagle, but they could not have been closer to the truth. I am a stunning three year old neutered male. Unlike the traditional Tri-colored Beagles, I am a much more distinctive Red variety, with the most captivating Yellow/Gold eyes.

I am one of the most loyal companions you will ever meet. I want to be as close to you as I can be, but I will light somewhere out of the way as long as I can keep at least one of my gold eyes on you. When you sit down to watch TV or read, my favorite place is curled up next to you. That way I can close both eyes and take a little nap.

When I'm awake I am full of enthusiam and love to go with you just about anywhere. I love walks and rides in the car where I can feel the breeze in my face. Of course, I love treats and will pester you anytime you go near the pantry where the treats are kept. As is the case with most of my kind, I love to eat, but my former keepers were very good about not over- feeding me. I am very fit and trim. I am completely housebroken and use a doggie-door to "go" outside.

While I get along with the eight other dogs I currently share a home with, I would probably be better suited to a home with perhaps one other medium-sized dog. Also, I'm OK with cats, but boy are they are fun to tease.

Hopefully, soon I can be your family's new best friend.

This dog's adoption fee is a minimum $175 donation to help us save more dogs. SoAZBR is an all-volunteer group. One hundred percent of your donation is used for the care and treatment needy beagles. Your donation is 100 percent tax deductible, too.
