So you're looking to adopt a puppy? May I audition for the role? I'm a very sweet, lovable and healthy pup aching for a new forever home. I'm not too big and not too small...and I've got a personality as big as a house! I'll make an extra special playmate for your son or daughter or a nice snuggle bunny for you!

My brothers and sister and I were found wandering in the timber of a national forest by a couple out camping. We were just a few weeks old so they promptly took us to their home and cared for us. We were nearly starved and so thirsty we emptied the water bowl again and again and again. When we were strong enough and healthy once again, she took us to be spayed and neutered and got us all of our shots. Then she called Perry to find us each a forever home. We patiently wait for someone to see us and fall in love. Times are tough right now but we are hopeful we'll each get a new home.

The vet estimates we are between four and five months old (5-15-09). I weigh just under 20 pounds (5-11) and stand 10 inches tall. I'll probably be a smaller medium sized dog in another year, the perfect size for a family on the go or a retired couple who wants a loving, snuggly companion. I'm a healthy pup, love to play and run in the yard, and LOVE to have my belly scratched. I'm learning to be a good watch dog too. If you'd like a smaller dog as a companion for a dog you already have I'll fit nicely into your household. I'd love to have a special family and home to call my own.
