ADOPTED! - I know I look like a "big" dog in these pictures, but I really am quite small. (My foster mom says I weigh 30 pounds.) Actually, my mom thinks I look like a miniature Belgian Tervuren (whatever THAT is!).
I guess it doesn't matter what breed I LOOK like, though. What's most important is what's on the INSIDE, right? I am a very sweet, laid-back gal who is about 2 or 3 years old. I am a people lover but am a little shy with men until I get to know them. (I gotta admit though, I can be bribed pretty easily with treats and a tummy rub.) I'm good with other dogs and cats and I am very well behaved when I go for car rides--which is one of my favorite things to do! I enjoy playing fetch with a ball, and my foster mom thinks (with a little training) I'd be really good in agility competition! I don't want to be a latchkey dog, so I'm hoping someone adopts me who works just part time, works at home, or is already retired. I am very smart and would love to learn new things, but I first need to find a home of my own where someone will have the time to spend with me. If you think you would be interested in adopting me, please e-mail my foster mom (her name is Kim) at:
[email protected] and tell her a little about yourself, your life style, your daily schedule, etc. If she feels you would be a good match for me--and me, for you--she will then e-mail you an adoption application.
Please click on "One Starfish Rehoming Connections" under the photo to read more about our rescue's adoption policies and fees. We do not operate a humane society or shelter, so we do not have a facility that is open to the public. Our dogs are fostered by volunteers in private homes, and are not available for viewing until an adoption application is filled out and references
are checked. Please read the information on our home page (by clicking on our
rescue name below this dog's photo) before contacting us.
